PassMark Login Procedures and Security Features
Internet Banking is more secure than ever.
Pacific Trust Bank is proud to deliver the highest level of security for our Internet Banking customers. "PassMark", an additional layer of security, is being added to our log in process.
The procedures for logging in to HomeAccess Online Banking will change. This will help ensure that your information is secure, protecting you from fraud and identity theft.
 How it works - PassMark lets the Bank verify your identity; and you verify the Bank's identity:

Every time you log in to HomeAccess Online Banking, the bank identifies you with your user ID, the personal computer that you are using, and/or a challenge question you must answer correctly, as well as your password.

And now, PassMark lets you confirm Pacific Trust Bank's online banking web site as legitimate (and not a fraudulent "phishing" spoof site) by using a private image and pass phrase known only to you.
PassMark security features will commence at the end of November.
To make these security features effective, you must complete the enrollment procedures the first time you login to HomeAccess after PassMark commencement.
