E-Alert Service
Would you like to be alerted whenever your account balance falls below a specified amount, if a certain check has cleared, or if a deposit has been made?
You can now set up automated alert events based on your own criteria, and be sent an email alerting you to the event.
You can create, edit or delete any number of alert events. Types of alert events you may set up:
- Checking Balance Alert
- Checking Deposit Notice
- Cleared Check Notice
- Savings balance Alert
- Savings Deposit Notice
- CD Balance Alert
- Consumer Loan Balance Alert
- Mortgage Balance Alert
- Commercial Loan Balance Alert
When the criteria you set up for the event has been fulfilled, you will be sent an email. Email alerts will be sent to the email address you provide in creating the alert. The message will not contain any personal financial information.
Sample E-Alert message, will be sent to you from mail@pacifictrustbank.com with the subject: Bank Alert Notification:
Per your request, a message regarding your Checking account at Pacific Trust Bank is now available and can be viewed with your next log in to HomeAccess.
Then, after you log in to HomeAccess, simply click on the Message link to read your alert message. For example:
You have requested to be notified when your account balance reaches a specific amount. Your current balance for account number 1234567890 is $875.58. Contact the Phone Banking Center at 877-441-BANK if you have questions regarding your account.
