Pacific Trust Bank reserves the right to refuse coin counting services to anyone.

It's FREE!

Unlike some coin machines found in supermarkets or other stores that charge a usage fee of up to nearly nine percent to count change, coin machines at Pacific Trust Bank is a free service for individuals.

Pacific Trust Bank is the first bank in southern California to provide its customers with access to free, self-service coin counting machines. And, we welcome anyone* in the community to come in to deposit their coins.

*To keep our Ex-CHANGE machines available for other customers and the public to use, business use must be restricted and use of the machines may be limited for those with very large quantities of coins.

The coin machine is easy to use, and is also designed to introduce children to important money-saving concepts.

Customers simply pour their loose change into the machine’s coin tray and push the start button. In seconds they receive a receipt that can be exchanged at the teller window for cash, or the funds can be deposited directly into a Pacific Trust Bank account.

Once the coins collected through the machines are counted, they will be placed in the bank’s inventory and redistributed to Pacific Trust branches and customers that are in need of them.
